Our facility is located on the first floor of a renovated factory building with a free on-site parking lot. The access facility is approximately 4,500 square feet in size and includes a lobby, two studios (each with a control room), an edit suite, a meeting room/classroom, storage areas, a tape library, director’s office, and staff office space.

Hours of Operation

The station is open from 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The station is open to all individuals regardless of race, gender, age, language, disability, religion, sexual orientation, and political viewpoint.



Sign – In

You must sign-in each time you arrive at Hartford Public Access Television. Please sign in at the podium directly in front of the cement pillar prior to accessing our television station. We keep track of the number of individuals visiting the station for reporting purposes and in case of an emergency.

Our vision is to provide the City of Hartford’s community, government and educational institutions free and unrestricted access to the cable television system, we offer specified training workshops for individuals and groups who wish to produce programs both here in our in-house studios or on-location productions.
