Hartford Public Access Television




	Providing the city of Hartford’s community, government and educational institutions free and unrestricted access to the cable television system. As a community service, HPATV provides viewers with a visual/audio calendar of announcements for events that residents can participate in throughout the Greater Hartford Area. The Community Calendar runs at selected intervals during the day; from 30 minutes to an hour at a time on Channels 5 and 21, providing remarkable exposure for announcements in the community. Promoting Hartford’s diversity cultural, arts, entertainment and municipal government Community Calendar is a FREE service. However, there is reserved space above the calendar for local businesses to sponsor HPATV and free speech with tax-deductible donations.
